Cleaned the ducting with Scrubbing Bubbles “Rainshower” by dropping a strap through, tying rags on the end, and pulling it through. They smell great! Betcha wish you could do that to YOUR ducts!

Substructure and ducting installed, main wire harnesses reconnected. Shifter installed.

They were just dirty, from a wrecking yard ya know. I’m pretty sure the windshield was out of the donor. The LTZ dash uses different ducting so I had to swap mine out.

Dash is in, I was in the process of extending some wiring harnesses and decided to go get some paint matched for the lower pieces.

The dash ends match up with the door panels? I know the door handle arrangement between the truck and SUV is different but I never took note of the front of the panel.

Yes. Getting closer. I just found out I need to extend the HVAC wiring, it’s a few inches short.

Ordered a couple switch panels that match my truck's options. I didn't need the 4WD selector so I ordered the switch panel with just the headlight and foglight switches, and the lower center panel that just has the Traction control, not the adjustable pedals and other switch that's on most of them. Now I'll have 2 small cubbies that I might be able to convert into something useful.

Pretty close. The 45 wires I need to extend will take a minute, but I’m sure glad I got the donor wiring harness, that makes it easier. The lower pieces are painted and drying. Just finished mounting the air gauge. I’m out of time today.
