What I ordered online doesn’t fit my relief valve hole… What are some good alternatives that you can get asap? Find a bolt at the hardware store?

I would try hardware stores or even lowes and try to get a short bolt like above.

hopefully they have the same size threads because its not hard to damage the oil pan.

when I need special bolts we have bolt warehouses here where you can get bolts in different sizes/lengths and grades

For a VW but fits the pressure relief valve inside the LS oil pan.

Thanks for this. Gives me a good idea of thread pattern and length so I have a good idea of where to look at a hardware store

Summit Racing sells them for sure, made specifically for that purpose. Just order the delete plug that is specific to your motor.

This comment saved me. Thanks a lot!

I couldn't find a size M14 1.5 pitch bolt at any hardware stores... Then this comment popped up in my brain. Dorman sells a M14 x 1.5 oil plug at auto parts stores that is the perfect length and has a crush washer.
Good to hear. Make sure you post back and let us know what the oil pressure is when you get it running!
