Also, im thinking about not putting the wiper and motor back on because it doesnt work for shit any ways and I think it gives the back a smoother look. Anybody ever done this? Any creative ways to cover the 2 holes in the glass?

In that case you probably shoulda ordered a new lift gate glass from LMC or kept an eye out for a factory glass without the wiper. As for covering the holes, I have no idea. But a factory wiper arm is only $45 from the dealer, because I bet the wiper works, but doesn't clean the glass. The hinge that allows you to pull the wiper away from the glass is probably all corroded up.

I didnt know they made them without the wiper motor. And yeah you hit it right on the money, it just does not press against the glass hard enough to do anything. Im going to go to the hardware store tomorrow and hopefully get lucky enough to find a hard plastic or rubber gromet/plug/cap thing that would work well.

I'd say so.. wellim puzzled... Out many new parts but the 2dr is still acting funny... Wants to overheat. Did water pump, thermostat, edelbrock Intake and gaskets, e fan. Yanked the e fans because didn't feel they were working enough to cool the beast. Still wants to get up in heat... Gonna put in a heavy duty radiator even tho this one never has let me down since I installed it a few years ago

limited- new gatorback belt(driving home 250 miles with a squeaky belt was unacceptable)
