What headers did you use? I got a 99 hoe and can't find long tubes around $200-300.
What did you do to your OBS GMT400 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Those look awesome! What projectors did you use? Are they just sealed to the back of the headlight or do you have some sort of bezel around them? I wanted to do a retrofit so bad before I switched to my LED setup.

For ls engines, schoenfield 1302ls1 fit 2wd and any number of 99-06 pace setters fit 4x4. I used shorties and a stock Y pipe

Been a little while since I've been on. Did some painting on the good o hoe a few days ago and I believe it looks so much better with the black bottom. That do yall think?

They are Hella 90mm modules which are weatherproof, or at least they have been so far.
I used 1988 headlight brackets and made 16 gauge steel adapter plates.
The high beams fit easily but the Lo or Bi take some drilling and grinding to remove interference between the plastic bracket, back of the lights, and where the back of a 2 headlight type bucket would go. Lo beams can use a round hole in the adapter plate but an odd shape for the Bi’s. Of course I forgot to take a photo of those before mounting them.
Have gone from stock 97, to 1988, 1988 with relays to eliminate voltage drop and enable all 4 lights for Hi beam, Hella HID Hi and Low and now Hella HID Hi and Bi Hi/Low. I think that will be it for this year.

That's pretty cool. I was actually on the hunt for some of those older style headlights when I was looking for better lighting solutions.

If it's 4wd, you won't find much, long tubes interfere with the front drive shaft. A good set of shorty's will improve performance and not cost a ton.

I think the 1988/89 is the best looking setup and with the relays for full voltage it is amazing how bright the sealed beams are, and how trouble free glass lenses are. I have a 1988 K3500 that I installed relays on last summer, and a selector switch for 2 or 4 light operation. Wish I had done that years ago. I am the original owner and never realized how dim they were. Found the extra 88 lights in the junkyard for about $50 a set. The selectable 2/4 is kind of nice depending on if there is snow on the road.

I wish I could find glass housings for my bixenon mod. They are stupid bright but I know the plastics will need replaced in a few years

I have a 96 Impala SS with a Hella conversion and plastic lens covers that have started to discolor. Guess I will have to learn how to mold lexan to make a new set soon.

Bought some oem spec headlights. I had smoked headlights on her, but didn't like how my hid kit looked. They made my 5k hid kit look blue.

Replaced my door hinge pins and bushings. Nice to not have to close the door with one hand on the handle and one on the bottom to lift as I close it..... Replaced the door spring so the door doesn't smack me around as much. Also tore into the NP241 to put a SYE on. Used JB conversions for mine. Fit and finish is very nice. End shameless plug here.

Got the 14 bolt SF axle in today. ubolts need to be torqued down. Busted up my brake line on the right side. Also found out that my emergency brake cable on the driver side is about 2'' too short to be usable. Guess ill look for a short bed single cab. I think their wheelbase is about 6'' longer...I think. Also seems somehow I've messed up the front wheel drive solenoid on the IFS. Front shaft spins in 4x4 but no turney the wheels...ah well, never a dull moment.
