52Well, if you weren't still making babies at 70, you wouldn't have to worry! Ya ***** ol' bastahd!
I will leave my mark on the internet and call it good, lol
lately I have been wondering if they have ever dug up the time capsule we buried at school in the mid 70's or if the current staff even knows it is there.
the whole school got together and did it, I think we each wrote a letter or questions about what we anticipated the future would be like at the time and I think they placed some misc, things in the container which was made of stainless steel and buried several feet down I remember where it was buried. I was the Sports writer for the school paper and then moved up to Editor which is funny because I don't sheet about grammar but I sure catch a lot of mistakes on major websites lol this was right about the time I started a nose-dive into the drug life I was doing *******, hash, weed, speed pills all that stuff was pretty popular back then. Lucky I am alive. Was this time capsule anything official and documented or just something some students got together and did? What was in it (besides quaaludes)?

Lol. I remember when I was about 13 and we visited my aunt, uncle and cousins in West Covina, outskirts of LA. This was about 1970. I’d been into a lot of stuff already, probably was already a full blown alcoholic and addict and my cousin was about 17, I think- had his license and a mini truck with a swapped Chevy small block. So we’re out running around and he lights up a joint laced with ***. Without telling me it was laced. Instant addiction, so I bought some from him to take home to Oregon. I remember being in a Hotel on the way home, I smoked some out on a balcony and I guess I was trying to fly or something but the fire department was called and my dad was so pissed, it wasn’t the first time he dealt with this shit from me. It was all the time. I should have died many times over, had friends partying with me who died but never me. So glad to be clean and sober.ya we were doing that thing (whatever the term is) where you sit crouched take a hit, then someone holds your jugular veins in while you stand up and then they let go and you go into convulsions parents think that is something new NOPE

me too, glad I was able to break that chain and came to my sense's, managed to raise 2 adults so far who never got arrested, I was getting brought home by the cops by the time I was 7 I remember that 1st time I was breaking old tv cathode ray tubes (they explode/implode pretty cool) that someone had dumped in the woods off a dirt road in the middle of nowhere and a sheriff driving by just happened to spot meLol. Back on track...
I ordered the Arnott pump. It should arrive in the next couple of days. The R&R looks easy. But all the videos I've seen have the truck on a lift. For anyone who's done this in their driveway without a lift, will the shocks deflate if they're loaded when I unhook the pump? Do I need to support the truck on jack stands?
