Boost Autoparts sells a 2015+ style fob for 99-14 chevy stuff. I will be picking one up soon because the remote start on my 07 seems to be inoperable.
Let me know if you're able to program it because I bought my 15+ fob from them and I couldn't program it the usual way. I have an 07 too by the way.

Did you buy the 2015+ style one from Boost Auto or did you buy one from GM?

What % tint did you have put on over the factory tinted glass?

2001 Yukon SLT
2012 Yukon Denali XL
2011 Yukon Denali RIP 5/20/18

5%. Bought the cheap static cling shit from pep boys. Looks like shit on the inside but the outside looks great. Nobody sits back there so fuckit. And can always just peel it right off if needed too. $15 roll was enough to to the back and one side glass. Had to buy a 2nd roll to finish. Now I got some leftover just in case.

Interesting. I'll be getting one at some point. I think @Rocket Man has either one of those 2015+ ones or an NNBS escalade one.
I'm also gonna be getting 2015+ style tow mirrors from them.
I have the 2015+ fobs for both my 02 Denali and my 08 Silvy. I bought different cases for them too, with black metal sides instead of the chrome plastic.

Went to pull it outta the shop yesterday to work on my neighbor's trailer and saw I had left the window down when I parked it last weekend. Surprisingly, it didn't smell like the shop or anything (not that that's so bad) and I didn't see any spider webs.

I love the pool noodle. I’ve had mixed luck with windows down in a shop. Half the time it didn’t smell like the shop, other half of the time I’d wind up with WD-40 overspray coated on the inside of the windshield and grease on the steering wheel

I contacted a guy at the Silverado Forum that sells caliper mounting adapters to mount C6 ZO6 brakes onto a GMT800/GMT900 knuckle- would anybody like me to give you his email? Whole upgrade is like 1700ish but the key to being able to do it is these brackets. He says end of October early November is when this next batch should be ready for sale.
