FYI the tensioner is cheap and easy to install. I’d recommend most 2010+ owners going this route if they anticipate difficulty with the stretch-to-fit belt.
Don't forget also the older model belt when doing this, as the newer model stretch to fit will be way to short/tight to use with a tensioner pulley.

Used a old toothbrush and spread the epoxy all over as much as I could and zip tied it fingers crossed, couldn't do much for the dash the break is right on a ridge so no way to really fix it without taking it out but I dabbed some along the cracks under the center speaker cover and used a couple small pieces of popsicle stick

You should drive with it like that. The looks would be priceless.

For some reason it reminds me of Pinhead.

Got an Amazon order of fluids and parts in for the Suburban. I plan on swapping out the RSE controls tonight. Existing controls illuminate, but don’t function. Seems an entire soft drink was spilled on it. Does the new module need any programming to work or will it be PnP?

well crap the clear jb weld clear epoxy I used did not bind the leather and wood trim, it did bind to the dash plastic good though
so what has anyone used that worked for the leather/wood trim?

I think a guy used gorilla glue to bond the 2 together. Double check that tho.

careful w/ gorilla glue... it will probably work well... but it expands a lot

Does this work for front or back? I know the weights are different between the two.
My 2012 owners manual does say 80w90 for the front, but I’ve used 75w90 synthetic on multiple GM front diffs over the years and haven’t had any issues.

10-4099 is the same as 10-4016? Just gallon? How was it using the gallon? Did you use a pump?
I believe it is the same, just different size containers. It’s on order and should arrive tomorrow I think.

Tear apart the old one and see if it can be repaired. Reflow solder, etc. Dissection time...
Lol, in progress. Looks like a soft drink was spilled on it. Don’t see any obvious damage so far.
