Well weather turned out nice and the kids wanted to be outside so I got my extra set of rims out, cleaned them real good and put them on the denali. Took wheels off the denali and cleaned them real well and moved them to the escalade. The oem wheels on the escalade are trashed.

I relearned all the tpms, I need to get hptuners out later and adjust tire sizes as the denali went from a 32.9" to 31.9" and the escalade went from 31.6" to 32.9"

Whats funny sis the 32.9" tires rubbed on the denali but do not rub on the escalade. Just because of the different shape of the inner fenders.

The black trim on the rear bumper step seems to have been painted black. The ones on my '02 are actual black plastic. No paint. Is that a cheap aftermarket thing or what?

Got the auxiliary battery tray installed today and finished swapping over all the brakes and getting em cleaned up. And I took these emblems off the sides to try and refurbish em somehow. Should I try to repaint the Z or take off all the red and leave em chrome?

I personally like the red, but it's your preference. I don't like any kind of chrome. I actually deleted--covered up all of my chrome.

Pulled out my laptop and hptuners and corrected the speedo on both trucks after the wheel and tire swap this past weekend.

Denali was reading 6mph fast and escalade was 5mph slow.

I got front grill almost ready for paint. That chrome don't play! Then took door panels completely apart, cleaned everything, painted the speaker grills, and changed out the yellow indicator LEDs to red in the seat heater button assy. I'm gonna need to figure out what kind of speakers to replace the dry rotted OEM ones it had in it. Any suggestions?
