First highway trip in our Tahoe. I don't get to drive it much. The wifey uses it. 1300km on it since Sept 30th.

Washed the Tahoe and used some tire shine too.

Also removed side markers and tinted them with Laminx film. Should come from the factory like this.

Mind sharing the steps to access, remove, and reinstall the side marker. I see the wheel well liner is attached with a few screws. Just don't know how complicated its going to get after that.

Checked my catch can only after 4 days and 200 miles of driving, not expecting to find much of anything. To my surprise there was quite a bit of oil in there for how little time it was installed. I'd guess about 3-4ml of oil. Much better to have it caught in the can than to get sucked into the intake!

What part number is the catch can? Don’t see any for a ‘21.

Installed an Elite Engineering catch can. They are absolutely essential to long-term valve cleanliness. I have always used them on everything, but when I looked down the throttle body of my 2018 with 1500 miles and saw oil pooled up in the cavities, I learned not to waste any time installing them after that revelation.

I modded the catch can to make it more effective by adding a layer of polyester fill as well. Note that I also put the CC on the opposite side of the coolant reservoir than the instructions. I trimmed off a little of the plastic ridge so it would fit flush and it was a more solid mount in my opinion. Their bracket is about an inch longer than it would optimally be, but it will get the job done.

Added an always on 12v cigarette lighter plug. Pull the tunnel panel off on the passenger's side and the orange/yellow is hot.

Scheduled the road trip down to Criswell to trade in my 2018 Tahoe LT on a 2021 Z71. I buy all of my Vettes there too.

Loving the New Yukon. Added front 20% Tint and Windshield 80%. Installed 1.5" spacers on the wheels. Love the look, but this is the first time I've used a spacer and it scares the crap out of me. Slight rub at full turn.
