Drove to the gym, verified the heat still works after the repair as it's only 40F. Thought say what no heat again on the right side? But wife had closed the vent.

Cleaned off some substance from the steering wheel and connected it to guest wifi in the driveway (didn't think of it before, likely helps with updates).

Installed the VenomTrucks.com NoDim and Auto Fog Light kits. So no the DRLs won't dim when headlights come on and the Fog Lights turn on when the headlights turn on automatically.

Great kit!

Traded in the ‘24 XL SLT diesel for a ‘26 XL Denali diesel with advanced technology and sunroof package. Wanted the reserve with air ride but haven’t had any luck in the last 4 months and this came in after someone didn’t want it. Took the $5k of savings and ran!

Early thoughts are the LZ0 diesel is a little less diesel like than the LM2. Seems to run through the gears a little more like a gasser.

Spent the greater part of the morning and afternoon ceramic coating my AT4 and detailing the barrels of my aftermarket wheels.

There's nothing like the feeling of accomplishment when you spend that much time out of your day meticulously cleaning your ride.... then through no fault of your own, some Gardner uses a leaf-blower nearby or someone kicks up dust driving by. That wasn't the case today, but I did garage it for the night, just in case.

Removed the window tint from my driver's and passenger windows on Friday. Took it to the original shop I had it done at, and just around the corner was a CHP office to get it inspected. To be honest, I was a bit worried they'd write me another ticket on the spot, because of my wide wheels sticking out 4 inches from the fender, but it was an old man volunteer that I distracted enough so that he didn't notice. Truth be told, he was more interested in the meaning behind my license plate, so I don't think he noticed... Thing is, they can legally site me another ticket on the spot for that violation while signing off on the corrected tint violation - according to ChatGTP.

This color is so nice, you just don't see it often.
I had hoped that this color would last for more than two years, but I guess GM had other plans. I wasn't sure about this color at first, because I had only seen east coast pictures of it under cloudy skies. The day before I pulled the trigger on a midnight blue AT4, I saw my first picture of this Redwood Metallic in the sun, and it turned out to be my biggest purchase sight unseen when I found this AT4 3000 miles out of state. My only regret is it didn't have the Technology package, due to supply chain issues shortly after Covid hit.

What color and code is that. Would love to do it to my 2010
The official GMC color is called Redwood Metallic, while the Chevy official color is called Cafe. They're pretty much identical, but Cafe seems to be slightly lighter. It was only a two-year color between 2021 and 2022. It replaced the long-standing Smokey Quartz (brownish-gray) color GMC offered for its Yukons.

Color code: G48 or WA613G

Purchased a full set of WeatherTech mats for all 3 rows and a large cargo protector for when the 3rd row is down and dogs are in the truck. Installed some door sill rubber guards, just some cheap ones to keep from getting the paint scuffed up. Would like something to protect the GMC logo insert next to the seats but the only thing that comes to mind is some PPF. I purchased a huge roll of 2" wide PPF for when I bought my Ram but don't seem to find anything affordable on Amazon or eBay. 2" x 48" is not enough and is about what I paid for a whole roll that lasted years for additional coverage.
