Which filter for an '09 Tahoe LT 5.3L Flex Fuel of the six listed? When I check fitment on amazon some of these it says it won't fit, but the drop down menu has to options for 5.3L Flex Fuel and one says yes and one says no, I'm confused by this.

They fit all 4.8, 5.3, 6.0 engines.

Amazon's vehicle fitment thing isn't always right.
Always use manufactures website to cross reference part numbers.
Don't Trust sellers websites.

+1 for not trusting sellers websites, same goes for the darn parts stores, got a set of spark plugs from Oriellys, they sold me set for the 8.1L, looked at their website and they have both listed for the 5.3L.
