My 2013 Suburban LTZ hads the "Service trailer brake system" light on the dash. Traced the problem to the relay. I located it just in front of the spare tire. To get to the 10 mm bolts that secure it, you have to remove three star/torx bolts in order to slide the controller out of the way. When I tried to remove the bolts with a ratchet and socket, the tips sheared off. I tried small vise grips, but i just can't grip them.
