Service Air bag & pending P2A04 code

What’s up Guys

I was sitting idling the other day and the Service Air Bag alert came on. Now it didn’t throw a code but when I looked there was a pending P2A04 code. Both the alert and the pending code went off after driving for a min. Then the service air bag would go on and off. Now it’s basically on constantly. Anyone have any luck fixing this ?

Sorry, a little late to the game on this. Has it resolved itself or are you still having issues?

The code you mention seems to be related to an O2 sensor which would be completely unrelated to the SRS system.

Does your code reader have the ability to read SRS codes?

An on again off again might suggest a loose wire or ground. How do yours look?

typically one of the two front impact sensors (under the front bumper/frame) develop a problem, try to scan it with a srs/sir capable scanner while light is on.
