So I took the rear bumper cover off my Tahoe to get it painted, I wired brushed the bumper support and primed and painted it with Rustoleum brush on paint and it came out mint, so I figured I would clean up the trailer hitch receiver cause it had a lil bit of rust so cleaned it all up and painted it with gloss black Rustoleum spray paint and it came out mint had one spot where it wrinkled so sanded it down and painted that area when I painted the underneath (for the first time) and the spot I touched up wrinkled up pretty bad, so looked around online and it looks like I didn't let the paint dry long enough? waited 2 days and it was dry to a touch so figured it was good but looks like it takes 72hrs not 48, so is that basically what happened here? and when it comes time to sand down the bad area what is a good grit sand paper to use? I was using 3M auto sand paper for this....thanks for the help
