Rear trailing arm relocation necessary?

Would those of you with lowered trucks say the rear trailing arm relocation brackets are necessary? Is there a drop threshold where they would be recommended and where they would not? I see a lot of mention of DJM's endlinks but not so much the trailing arm hardware.

Opinions will vary. I am running 5" drop without them.

i don’t think they’ll hurt on 4-5” but definitely needed 6” or more

It certainly won't hurt anything to have them. Even with my air ride I can lift to stock height and nothing rubs.

Thank you gentlemen. I think for now I'll wing it without, see how it feels and drives and make a decision after. Truck has been down for 2 weeks already and I need to get 'er running and driving.
