I was dropping my car off for a warranty axle shaft seal, when I saw this GT40 outside the service bay.

Reminds me of my '87 Bronco II that we took over Imogene Pass in Colorado one year. Manual tranny helped, but that 2.9L V6 was underpowered. No A/C, either.

I had to drive one from Southern California to Lake Havasu, Az. On the interstate, I had the feeling I was driving uphill, on the level, ‘no wind’ conditions…….. It's like, the lack of aerodynamics over-powered the horsepower. It was gutless.
I passed a good looking OJ Simpson era full size Bronco a few nights ago in the highway. Two tone green and gold. Looked pretty good.
An old buddy of mine used to have an EC version of that truck. He beat the hell out of it, It seems to run pretty good. Had the manual trans.
