New Headunit with Bose

I have a 99 Denali with the Bose system, I was reading some threads that people throw in their new head unit and get no sound. My new head unit is A DD Pioneer AVH-P3300BT and want to make sure i get all the right stuff when i go to install. Do i have to rewire all speakers. Or do i have to purchase a amp bypass? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Oh jeeze 170? The other option would be just rewiring all the speakers directly to the new headunit?
