This is a weird one, I lost my front and rear speakers. The sub still works and the tweeters work, but all others went silent. It’s a factory Bose setup with a new Boss head unit. I’m thinking it has to be within the Bose amp or ???

First, I'd pull the head unit and check to ensure that all connectors are fully inserted in place.

Verified head unit connections. What’s mystifying me is why the sub and tweeters work.

I think my amp is about to go. Hit bumps and static comes theu the speakers. Or feels like one cuts out.

Would be nice to have some vehicle info in your signature so we know what you're working on. Year, make, model, engine, etc.
Sorry, 1941 Cadillac…….sitting on an 08 Yukon Denali XL.

Update……turns out I had bad connections at both front speakers. I cleaned the pins on the speaker and on the connector and it ohm’s out correctly and the front speakers now work fine. Now to figure out why the rear speakers don't work, wouldn’t be surprised if it’s the same issue.

Thanks for the tip, I’ll add “solved” once I figure out my rear speaker issue.
