Name that knock!

So on my 2500 I've got a pretty significant knock at slow speeds while turning with an incline. I've already replaced the lbj and ubjs. New CVs, and got new tires and recently balanced and aligned. I can sometimes feel the knock right under my feet.... So I'm thinking it's time to do the pitman arm and idler arm. Any thoughts?

Unfortunately, it's not super consistent so it's not an all-the-time thing. I've love to get a video instead of making a hail mary post lol

Yep, sorry, those are both new....installed when I did the lbj and ubjs.

if it is 4wd check the front differential mounts, had to replace mine

Correct me if I'm wrong but, we don't have pitman arms or idler arms, we have a rack and pinion.
Could it be the intermediate steering shaft?

His truck is a 2500 (3/4 ton)... the suspension on his is completely different than our 1500 (1/2 ton) trucks.

2500's have leaf springs out back and torsion bars up front.
