if im going to work on the wheels might as well roll on em. Just like the tbss 22" reps I got them made working with factory reproductions. Took 2 years but worked out great.

No offense I'm just genuinely curious.
What work is there to do? I mean that takes so long?

first of all is interest in the wheel. first run has to be 400 wheels.

2nd is gettin spoke thickness and wheel to look like factory and everything to be proportionate. once that is done then its time to get it into a plant and machine to put the drawings in and make the mold and when they can fit it in since they are doing other wheel runs. then came out to me to test fit on my truck and make sure it clears. That time can make changes to backspacing if needed since pad can be narrowed or widenened.

Then ship wheel back to go over it all and then production run starts which takes about 4-6 months.

********! No way you ran low 12's with a tune and CAI. Try high 12's (12.85 and up). Let's see a time slip. 6.1 jeeps are about 13.3 bone stock BTW.

Sorry Tony for the sidetrack......need some new vids of the V in action too....

ill be updating my cts-v thread her ein a few got some new parts lol

on my tbssi ran a 13.3@103 only mod was drag radials, then only mod was yank 3600 convter ran 12.7@104. 125 shot 11.39@120. I street race a lot out here and spanked a lot of the srt8s out here. My truck would do low 1.5s on spray and id run mid to low 10 second cars and get them out the hole hard since not many hooked on the street but top end they would catch up. On the street on my v ive raced a mid 11 second cars that hook and top end catch up but off a roll game over right aay.

Only thing that sucked is that on 22s was useless but when had my drag pack on was game over for em

We went to a track day from my other forum my buddies were surprised it ran what it did.

Stock for stock jeep will always win and maybe high 12's thats just what the guy told me

Yup they have a looser converter thats why get out the hole harder. Most of the tbss's ive done yank 3200-3600 they run same times as a stock srt8 and you saved at that time 15 grand.

Different strokes for different folks. I had two of the tbss and both always treated me well.

Im currently working on a drag truck tbss which will be 2 door making it a forum project.

something like this

lol well not the ones here. Intake/tune/100 shot/heads guy ran 11.50s@117 i beat him all the time and one of my friends. i trapped 120. off a roll is where you would really see the difference.

My cts-v though ran 11.3@94.. ON THE brakes that car is a beast and focused on that more now.

CTS-V's are legendary highway warriors but I would love to see you and young medic go head to head or 1badmfr or just any heavily modded jeep like yours I know the jeep would win....
