sorry i havent posted and updated in awhile ..decided to body drop the truck when tearing it down and run a 4 link to set up to tow...also just picked up my donor truck with compete 6.0 and 4l80e..now on to pics

Wheels are plastic dip...just for the show..we made it to LST...super pumped about that...still have to fully weld in and get the bed back on ..

Damn...keep seeing all of these and im really starting to like duallys and square bodies. Make me wanna buy one and do the same thing you are. Very nice buddy, definitely subscribed!

I want a second square :( I'd like a crew cab single wheel truck to convert to short bed and throw in a 5.3.

That would be cool!! Do you happen to know if a crew cab will fit on the long bed with a short bed in its place?

I still have my old '79 but have thought about doing that to it.

I don't think so. You have to take the stock frame and shorten.

I'll have to dig up some old pictures. My buddy did this and we did have to shorten the frame. It was a fun ride to Showfest that year tho.

I would love to drop a 5.3 or a 6.0 in mine someday...I had it running the other day but the brakes were froze up from sitting.
