Just like used car salesmen. They promise you the world, but once the deal is done, you get squat!
Is your original cam a 1 bolt or 3 bolt? I had to use a new one and would suggest you do the same depending on miles. They do wear over time and easier to do now than later. I'm running a double roller but it's not necessary@67RS427 , hey Matt as you know I started my project today, did get very far, but we noticed that I am missing a cam gear so my question is if the stock one will fit on BTR cam? or don't mess with it and just order a new 3 bolt cam gear?

Common parts, get from Summit or Jegs. You can make your own kit too, part numbers are nothing specialDidn't look at the paperwork but whole vvt delete kit is on back order. Another set back, not a good start.

I've had nothing but great experiences with BTR... Top notch customer support and they know what the hell they are doing. GREAT CAM grinds!!!It was ordered and paid just not shipped the rep didn't know about this issue, shipping department never told him about parts being on backorder. Gotta tell you excellent customer service at BTR answered my email immediately gave me next day air delivery, dealer pricing and additional 5% off along with some other apparel goodies. Most likely shipping will cost more than parts lol.
