Location of rear heated seat power control module unit

I have looked online and in this forum for the location of the 2ND row captain chairs heated power control module unit. Before I tear everything up looking for it does anyone have this location. I have already repaired the front seat module...I have one of the chairs in the back that turns off after a few seconds...Help...just need the location.
