Mine died and have never worked again since June 3. I had had my liftgate opened for a few days while loading for a move. On the morning of the move, there was an obstacle the last time I tried to close it manually. It beeped at me and opened back up, and since then, refuses to open or close automatically. I have to open and shut manually. I'm thinking about converting to standard gas struts. The liftgate will stay open no problem but even though the lights will flash when trying to open with the remote, it will not open.
