I'd pay a couple hundred bucks to avoid burning my motor up. my fan mod is by far the best. I had to swap to an 0411 pcm to get mine to work right. Justin worked with me forever, but eventually got it right. worth the $$$ to get a known tune done right. I'm getting 15mpg city out of a 200k+ mile truck so his tunes work.

I had Justin update my tune so that the fans turn on at 203 degrees now. Even in very hot temps, my coolant guage never gets above 205.

Do you know what the temp is normally set at? I like the idea of the fans kicking on sooner than they do, didn't know that was an option!

Jenna told me 209 when I asked before in a thread. My temp guage always stayed around 210 or just a hair above that. As Justin was updating my tune, he said they were currently set to turn on at 207. So I asked him drop it to 203.

I am going to be starting the e-fan upgrade on my 2004 Tahoe shortly and was wondering where I get the pins that I need to put in the connector.
