Gas pump keeps shutting off while filling

I’ve been noticing this with my 2011 Z71 recently at different gas stations. Pull the nozzle out of the tank a little bit next time you fill up. Not having it inserted all the way in seems to have solved it for me so far.

Ditto, I just have to pull it out an inch and it goes. She doesn’t like to take it all...

Easy solution at home. Applies to all modern GM trucks/suvs. Hope this helps

One cause among many. If the pellets have migrated into the evap lines, to the purge solenoid or the vent valve, you'll have more work to do.
