dang that’s a lot of work!
But getting in there to see everything must have taken a big chunk of time!5 minute epoxy makes it quicker.
Just tinkering around since I can’t really make it worse lol. And I wanted to see how bad the cracks are and their origination points.
Every one we do turns out really well. You can tell it's on there if you look really close but we get some dashes that are cracked up really bad.Someone else posted a link. Not a bad looking product.
What are your feelings about it since you have direct hands on experience?
Am I the only one who giggled at the part number label where it said “....w/DIC hole...” ?![]()

Looking good!Used these Amazon shipping pouches to cut into squares slightly bigger than the magnet of the center speaker and create a bottom cushion for the speaker and the front of the dash where the two meet as there is no support there.
There is no wobbling or bouncing in the dash now. Layered them up and blue taped them together to wedge in the gaps between the vents and angles of the plastic under the dash. There is a very slight positive pressure on the bottom of the speaker and dash to keep it tight yet still a bit of flex.
The existing dash cracks, clips and clip holes are epoxied. It is not perfect, but it looks a lot better and is tighter.
