Yeah, I got it from Russ at CatchCans.com.

Thanks,
Todd

One other thing, use hose clamps on all 4 ends.
Even though GM did not use any clamps I would suggest installing them.
The one at the rear of the valve cover is a little hard to get to.

Got mine from USPS today and had it on in about 30 minutes. You weren't kidding, getting the plastic engine lid off was a true exercise in patience...

Thanks for the write-up. I followed it to a T.

Thats a nice can...seems these trucks really need it...

This is what my home made catch can caught in a long oil change cycle...

I like the idea of using a pneumatic oil trap like that.

I also very much like where people are not mounting to alternator bracket because it is going to be vibrating/moving/jerking with the engine.

IMO, that is more likely to have a failure but I would be afraid that all the extra sloshing would result in oil getting sucked on through to the intake manifold.

I like the remote location on that setup, but it seems like there is alot of tubing for air and oil travel to go all the way over there and back...how much oil can that setup hold?

At least 8 ounces, which is more than you should accumulate between oil changes. As long as the intake manifold provides a vacuum and there are no leaks, the length of the catch can lines aren't a problem.
