I agree 100%, it’s catching what otherwise would be coating on the valves or burning, although it’s been stock up till 112k miles when I put it on.

To me that is good news. It shows that your catch can is working!

That’s a good idea, my older GTR had a catch can with a drain back into the oil pan. Doing it that way was a maintenance free setup

If it's just oil I don't see why not. In my case my catch can catches oil and condensation and I would not want that back in the oil pan.

it's never just oil in a catch can. it's a combination of oil, condensation, unburned fuel, ect.

i would agree with the unburnt fuel, do a small degree...the condensation, i suggest that is from the oil cooling in the can, if it had a drain and continually circulated...i dont believe it would amount to what you think...no more than the engine cooling and condensating internally
