Well even with the new valve cover the catch can was still pulling out oil so that’s why I did the piston soak.
Hopefully now I won’t have any oil coming through.
Hopefully the piston soak is the cure like it and the vc were for my L92.
Here's what all my spark plugs looked like before the soak, yet no misfires or codes:

Mine were no where near that bad it was burning a lot though about 1 quart every 1k miles.
There was a lot of oil pooled up in the intake when I took it off to do the vlom o rings.

I know there was a lot of build up on the pistons because it smoked an insane amount after the soak.
