I know this is been beaten to death. What is the link to the catch can install & parts list. 2013 Suburban. It should have the updated valve cover, I think. But I am burning oil.

Zero reason to spend a lot of money for one. I bought this one three years ago, and it's still working fine. You'll need to supply your own 3/8" hose, and trim some of the factory hard hoses to tie into them, but it's easy.I know this is been beaten to death. I just grabbed a piece of scrap metal, and bent it into shape, then screwed it into my alternator bracket. Get creative.Which one has the bracket to the alternator ? The Amazon ones seems more generic.
I think I copied your idea years ago, and stuffed the stainless pot scrubber in there.@the blur
I still have a cheap amazon cc that I installed 7 yrs ago. I made a few mods to it and no issues. Here's the post with pics: https://www.tahoeyukonforum.com/threads/get-a-catch-can-before-any-mods.49716/page-27#post-1288561
J&L Catch Can (formerly JLT Catch Can) is what I used. Pricey, but no makeshift extra work needed.Which one has the bracket to the alternator ? The Amazon ones seems more generic.
But does that black spiny thing come with it? I didn’t see that in the packaging. My k&n catch can doesn’t add HP either. They all work the same way, but with some, you get the bracket and all of the hoses and clamps in one package. @Joseph Garcia

I think RST Dana is like me. We totally missed the catch can as we were fixated on that blower!"But does that black spiny thing come with it?" No idea what you are talking about here.
"My k&n catch can doesn’t add HP either." Again, not sure what you are saying here. Are you stating that an oil catch can does not add horsepower to the motor?
Are we doing the who has a bigger...er I mean nicest engine bay thing?I think RST Dana is like me. We totally missed the catch can as we were fixated on that blower!
OK. Now I understand. Old f*rt brain fog, I guess, on my part.@Joseph Garcia Catch cans adding horsepower was a JOKE. Many of us are envious of the BLOWER.....
