2 Jet ski's and some people and stuff? Hell, My daughters 1.5L Bronco sport could do that! I just pulled a 6500# 28' Tritoon with a 400 on the back last week and hardly knew it was there....
I used to have a jet ski rental business and had trailers that held 2 and the biggest trailer held 4.
A single axle trailer and 2 skis will be under 2,000 lbs. Even if you have the Mac daddy models topped off and a couple portable 5 gallon tanks that double single axle payload wouldn’t be much over 2,000lbs. Most of the smaller SUV’s domestic and foreign should be able to tow a 3,000lb trailer safely.
Pretty sure Vlad would tell you that he can’t even feel he was towing that trailer at highway speed on smooth road and had to look in the mirror to make sure it was still attached.
My 25’ center console boat with 100 gallon gas tank, 250 HP 4-stroke motor and double axle trailer is around 6,000lbs. Most of the time I barely notice it but I never tow over 60mph and it’s pretty much completely flat where I am towing. Launching and loading the boat doesn’t seem to stress the 6.2l or my Tahoe.
