Yes, they'll refund your money once you open a claim and they feel that a fraudulent act has been committed. If they try and contact him and get no response like you've gotten you'll get your money back pretty quickly.

some cheap ones, one of them gave out already...but you cant beat the price,,,have to look for some that last longer
