Got the holes to countersink in the moulding dremeled.

This should sit flush on the roof now, with the rivet heads for the roof rack inside.

Should have it installed tomorrow.

Re: GoodInBlack's 2009 Suburban Build.

Yes. Thanks Bro.

I will do it tomorrow.... weather cooperating.

I still have to grind down the other side.

They are saying 2.5.2013 for the G4s now.

Hopefully paint the bowtie tomorrow too.

4 shots of primer.

Paint is some really good stuff. I did not realize that it would have the metallic particles in it too. You see them floating around after spraying. :D

Looks good looks good! Get a chance to do the back one yet? Also, hadn't realized you'd painted the chrome borders on your grill. Truck's looking great Lee.

Looking good! What did you use for the chrome on the grill surround? That's the only piece of chrome on my truck and I want it gone! LOL

@ Jason........... What about the chrome inside your headlights? Hmmm? LOL.

The black surround is 4 coats of Plasti-Dip.

Thank you very much. It has been black for some time now.:p

I am going to wash it tomorrow, and then the roof moulding is going on.

G4s are now scheduled to be here Tuesday.

I am seriously considering a Escalade 3rd on down the road.

My G4s are here. Going on tomorrow.:party28:

These things are really Bright.

I really don't know why I waited so long.

Should have listened to Jacob and Felix sooner.

Oh well.

Jarin finally ruined me.

Cleaned up first.

I bought these as CG. Has a Eagle Eyes sticker on it.

Third picture is where I mounted the resistors under the applique.

Re: GoodInBlack's 2009 Suburban Build.

Well I did this to disperse heat.

I don't know if they get hot or not though.

It has a quick connection though so still quickly removable.

Took the rear bowtie off to paint it too. What a pain in the butt to remove. I soooo wish I had a Yukon panel.
