Well **** me sideways, same line thats leaked twice before is leaking again at the same spot! Not at the o ring but literally a pin hole where the line was welded to the flange.

That aluminum block isn't welded to the tubing...its pushed thru and a flat bubble flare is put on it. A gasketed washer should be making the seal.
I guess it's possible that the tubing is damaged and leaking still. But you can actually spin those aluminum blocks on the tubing

I definitely don't think I could spin it, I see what your saying tho, I will try to spin the "bad one" tomorrow and report back. I guess I'd feel pretty dumb if your right and I keep replacing the hose. It's just only coming from the base of the tube not anywhere else around the seal which was throwing me off. Also not using Delco parts so I kinda assumed bad quality China parts.

The good news is it's fixed for now and blowing cold. Also mocked up for the 21+ front calipers. They fit the ltz20s with a 1/4" spacer.

Probably do something but it will be a while my current Powerstop setup has tens of thousands of miles left so I'm not overly motivated to order the pads and rotors. Plus I was having trouble finding slotted rotors when I looked the other day. I personally feel slotted/ drilled is pointless but it looks good and that's the main reason for doing these anyway lol.
Also not much to write up you literally just bolt them on with a single washer between the caliper and bracket. It's as easy as a regular brake job as far as I can tell.

Sucks you got run a wheel spacer for that upgrade
I have a feeling the set I have coming that has the hump completely shaved will fit but, it might be too close for comfort. If I have to run spacers I may get a hub-centric set the 1/4" set I have is about as cheap as it gets.
