It costs more than that ship a tire.
but based on the seller's feedback score I veered on the side that it is legit. If it was a seller with low or no feedback I would have assumed scam. I was astonished when I saw it!!

Welp, I received an email last night from the seller confirming receipt of payment and saying they'd shoot me an email when they are shipped. eBay predicts sometime within the next week so this deal continues to appear legit which kind of shocks me! Honestly, this is the only time I've seen deal better than what JBiebs could give me on a set of tires. His deals are pretty unbeatable 99% of the time.

Well, the eBay vendor cancelled the tire deal at the last minute. So, no great deal on tires this time.

LOL....they gave me an excuse that they "ran out of tires" but I'm going to guess they discovered their error and figured they'd rather lose the order than lose the profit. No biggie.
