Welcome to the forum from Iowa.

I, myself, am of no help in this area, but there are folks that will be able to help you out. If you go to the 2007-2014 section of this forum and browse the Audio threads, you might find some good information.

One thing we like around here is when folks post pictures of their vehicles.

Welcome to the Forum from NH. Nice looking truck.

Regarding your audio upgrade project, I stripped out the entire Bose audio system and installed an aftermarket system with a Kenwood head unit. My first recommendation to you is that you establish a firm total budget now for the project, as that will help define how much you can do in the project. This project could be accomplished completely in 1 phase, short-term funds permitting, or it could be completed in coordinated phases, using incremental budgeted funds over time.

Hey man, also new here. I got after market subs years ago. My advise is to not bypass the Bose system. It’s a strong sound system. Unless you just can’t stand not having a double din. I’m here for mexhanical advise myself. Specifically a P0443 code. But I can be an aid if you have any issues. It seems I’ve changed every part on my 07 Tahoe. Best- JPS

Welcome both of you to the forum from Oregon.

We recommend that you put all your rig(s) info in your signature so we all don’t have to guess at year, make, model, engine size, trans, rear axle locker…….etc. Makes it way easier on all members that attempt to help, to have that info right up front. It is also recommended that you take a pic of your RPO codes, on the inside cover of the glove box, and post that image in your signature. All this info will greatly help those that will try to help with a problem.

If there is any other info, like upgrades, mods or recent mechanical/maintenance work done, that would be helpful in any post as well. Too many times a question is asked by the poster and after about 10 responses we find out that the poster has done recent work to attempt to fix the problem or work that was done that SEEMS not related to the problem.
