do you need to see o2 voltage for both banks or just bank 2?

Both be better, but bank 2 more important.

You might reset code and see just how soon/when it pops up again.

You only need the pre cat sensors for bank one and bank 2. So Bank 1 Sensor 1 and Bank 2 Sensor 1

Graph at idle next, since it seems your trims move reasonably for driving around...

The upstream oxygen sensor brand was a duralast. This was the only one I could find locally. After replacing it the MIL comes on after 2-3 days after resetting the ecu.

Been looking at rockauto to see if I should order another?

Nothing conclusive I can see..but..

Bank 2 peaks look noisy. Comparing to your bank 1 sensor which looks smoother always.
Since it doesn't happen for 2-3 days, its possible you haven't logged the worst of it..
Have heard these trucks can be picky about O2 sensors..

When you did the test and took pictures was the engine at full temperature and had it been idling for at least 5 minutes? You want to make sure the cats are hot and the system is in closed loop which happens after full warm up.

Closed loop has minimum temps, but the O2 readyness only needs -40deg and 120 seconds..
Looks like it's ready under a minute at freezing temps, 10 seconds if warm temps.
I'd say start logging after 10 seconds if ECT is 68deg or above.. Most likely when the ECM is doing it's O2 testing?

yes the temp gauge read 210...when I let it idle it was after a 5-8 minute drive...anyway to tell if its in closed loop?

if the o2 bank 2 sensor 1 seems to be reading incorrectly I can try DENSO 2344668 from RA?

This picture is more typical of what you see in a pre cat sensor. Notice the line jumps from .085 to .815. It is consistent.

Sample of 1 (mine, most likely with 200k OEM sensors, no codes yet)

It's almost always less than 5 seconds for 1 oscillation.. mostly 3 seconds or less.
A few 10 and 15 second intervals, but I believe those were all coasting to a stop.
Your log had a couple 7 second intervals, but I don't know the conditions..

I see one cold startup of mine take 27 seconds for the first period.. (57degF ambient and ECT)
That would mean the O2 readyness wouldn't activate for ~17 seconds..
ECM should have seen 10 seconds for first interval.
Near start next longest interval is 6 seconds, then 5. Most are 3 seconds or less.

Another time ECT@145degF took 13 seconds for first period.. (45degF ambient)
ECM should see 3 second first interval.

ECT@115, ~16 seconds to warmup sensor
ECT@54, ~30 seconds to warmup sensor

Perhaps something over 10 seconds (after warmup), or multiple longer periods, or consecutively that triggers it?
ECM probably testing at idle or steady state cruise?
