I have a short 3/8" breaker, comes in handy. Sometimes a ratchet head won't fit, and it's adjustable angle.

I swore never to buy parts store tools after a 12point socket cracked and rounded a head bolt..
I ran out to buy it just to remove that head. (also autozone!)

funny out of all my tools I don't even own a breaker bar.

Good job Wes. All I did was replace my auto ride compressor today and those stupid air line fittings fought me. Took a break and finally figured out one of the new lines that came with the Dorman compressor was a fail and wouldn’t go all the way on so I robbed the OE one off the old one. Either that or the first go round, my faithful helper dog wasn’t with me. He was inside taking a nap. Second go around I made sure he was with me and the line popped right on and the clips were a breeze.

Also on the first go-around I foolishly decided to see if I could program all 4 TPMS sensors; the rears weren’t reading. Originally the dash warning didn’t pop up when the truck was started, the readings were just dashed when I tried to look at the rears with the DIC. I ended up getting 3 of them to register. They all looked to be new except the RR, the valve stem looked old. Of course I was able to learn the other 3 but not that one. So now every time the truck starts up, the service TPMS system message appears. Argh. Ordered a sensor. I’ll try the trick of using a jack under the hitch to break the bead loose on that tire and install it. One warning message eliminated, a new one created. :mad:

Those dorman air lines are garbage and don't come apart nor work, the gm air line kit is pricey last time I checked somewhere between $50-100.
The Yukon took me all day but got done what I wanted too basically. 180k front end refresh, still need to do tie rods (I have them sitting here) but I'll just have that done at the shop and get the alignment done at the same time. New front shocks for the struts are around $650 for the pair so that's going to have to wait. Drove it around the block a couple times still goes straight and no errors popped up.
AWD made it a little extra work but not bad
Saved myself $1000 in labor or something around there

I’ve never used a 3/8” breaker bar, dont even own one. If I need one it’s a 1/2” or better yet a 1/2” impact.
That "was" a 1/2" I think I bought it used at the flea market , worked on the first axle bolt but bent in the process, other side finished it off. It's in the garbage can now not even going to bother warranting it
