My friends father has always maintained he got a great deal on this car from the infamous Nicky Barnes when he was going away. It’s def been in his family as far as remember. He took us to Coney Island one summer.

That is NYC in a nutshell unfortubately. Was probably a NYer who came up with the bumper bully. Friend pays for an indoor parking spot but was not happy at all about this situation.
