If you won the lottery and you could have any truck, what would you choose?

I would keep my 2018 Luxury and buy a 2020 Platinum in crystal white & black interior. I would find one with the lowest miles. I would give my 2018 to my wife or son. There is no better truck than the 2018-2020 k2xx. Denali, RST, or Escalade. I might also buy the ESV for road trips. I love my 2018 Luxury and it is my favorite truck I ever owned. I had a 2008 Escalade Sport from 2008-2022 and it was great. 2018-2020 with the 10-speed blows my 2008 out of the water. 2015-2020 is way more luxurious than the 2007-2014. I put 206k miles on my 2008. I replaced my engine at 192k and transmission at 45k. I keep in touch with the new owner who had it for a year now and no complaints.

Please tell us what truck or SUV you would drive if you won the lottery. No cars, please!

I'd have to say I'm too frugal to run out an buy anything new........but if I HAD to, I would probably go with the new Raptor V8 or the Silverado ZR2.

I'd d still keep my 2017 yukon and probably redo my 2008 yukon to a different paint color (currently old man gold) and outfit it for adventure.

I'd do more building than buying and I can't really can't narrow it down to one. For starters, I'd try to acquire this for fun:

For daily cruising in comfort yet still fun... I don't know. Never gave it much thought. Maybe a DBX707 or RS Q8. I really prefer the Audi's looks. I'm not flashy so, honestly, I'd first start out doing anything and everything I've ever dreamed for my '08 Tahoe.

If I could afford to spend $1.2 million on an SUV ...
... a frame inspired by a Hummer H2, under a GMT930 body ... NOT an Escalade body ...
... it should look like the lovechild of a Suburban and a Silverado crew cab ... on the OUTSIDE ...
... the rear glass would open upward hatch-like, but the bottom would open barn-door style ...
... figure out how to get a Gen 3 pcm to cooperate and collaborate with a 6L90E (unimpressed with 8L90 & 10L90) ...
... a 4 inch stroke for 415 cuin / 6.8L ...
... T1XX brakes, steering, suspension, including the independent rear suspension ...
... an interior as easy to clean as a PPV / SSV, as comfy (if not quite as luxe) as a Cullinan or Bentayga ...
... basically using mostly off-the-shelf parts to create a custom whole ...
... that even someone with 20/20 or better vision would need to study carefully, before realizing they're still not quite sure what they're looking at ...

I would buy a new RaptorR. That supercharged 5.2 sounds awesome. I'd keep my Tahoe too, it's been my favorite vehicle I've owned... except for the cracked dash..
The cracked dash is super easy to change.

Yeah, I'm going to fix it soon and cover it with vinyl. I plan to strengthen the area around the center speaker too so that this won't happen again.
Is it the actual dash that's cracked or the small piece towards the windshield? If you had a 2007-2014 Escalade I would be able to send you the main dash in Ebony for shipping cost. Patching it up will not make you happy. You could try car-parts.com. When you change it you should tint the windshield with heat-reflecting tint. You could get a clear tint or make it darker. They sell a carpet as well that people buy for their older cars

I’d build a 2015+ suburban or Yukon XL dually… I have no good reason to even own a dually but this is always in the back of my mind when I think about this kind of stuff.
I remember seeing one on the Chester County area.

I’d take my 2001 Yukon XL to a real restoration company. And, get a red 1946 Chevy 2ton truck 160” wheelbase with lift that has been restored to original. Can’t get enough of that waterfall grill. You said I won the lottery, right? So, I’d also get a 1946 restomod.

My problem is theres SOOOO many I'd custom build If we're talking mega millions or powerball, I'll just go through the list:
1. My current '17 Suburban Premier, but 6.2L/10 speed/3.73 swap it and install twin turbos and full coolers for towing
2. Duramax/Allison/NV271 swap my current '98 K3500
3. 4BT/NV4500/NP205 swap my '82 K10, and put it on 35s and one tons for the ultimate off road rig
4. 6.2L L92/6L80/NP208 swap a '78 K5 Blazer on 33s and build up the stock axles for my younger brother
5. LS3/6 speed swap an '84 Monte Carlo SS for my other brother
6. Guilty pleasure, a 2014 F450 King Ranch 6.7L Diesel
7. '05ish STI/6 speed swap my '03 Subaru Outback and lift it 2-3"
8. Jeep JK 4 door air-ride for my mom
9. '78 K10, black on black for my dad
10. 2014ish Ford Excursion 6 DOOR (for my limousine service I'm starting)
11. 2024 GMC Yukon SLT 3.0L (also for the limousine service)

To be honest, there's probably more those are just the ones I can think of immediately.

I didn't win the lottery, but I just bought a new (2022) Durango SRT. I liked it better than the Tahoe and it can tow about the same. I kept my 2007 Tahoe for backup, winter beater etc..
