I am not hearing the ticking at all... :)

Sometimes, what you think might be something like light lifter ticking is actually the injectors firing normally. Another sound of "ticking like sound" can be an exhaust leak at the manifold.

Post a video of the noise when you can. You may also have an exhaust leak at the manifold(s). But like @wsteele said, the noise may just be injectors. First you have heard the noise? Right after an oil change? Other work done?

IMO, that does sound like a lifter tick noise. But I have also seen here and heard here about driving 1000's of miles with no problems.

The first video can hear it clearer.

Is it odd that it only does it when the engine is up to temp is there any oil additive that would quite it down a bit

I am ok with the oil but have never been ok with Fram. IMO use AC Delco or Wix Premium. Several members have said they use Fram with no problems and that is their choice but I just have my preferences. Again, flex fuel or gas?
Its on premium gas its due for a oil change ill have to go with ac delco on the filter

So i believe i found what is the broken exhaust bolts that might be related to the ticking im talking about I've read that this might be the cause

That will do it.. but usually its on cold starts, and then as the metal expands from heat, the ticking noise goes away..

It is a very common issue, I agree you likely have found the source of the ticking noise.
