Thanks Sam. I lost the stupid covers off the power outlets but I decided to replace them with USB outlets instead so I just ordered some. That will clean it up a bit more.

Good plan! Careful with the usb covers too. I had one in and it broke off after less than 6 months. Now I have a double USB unit in there, and I pretty much never close it, figuring it will break too. Maybe someone makes an actual hinged cover..

Yup. The Platinum Edition Easy Bake for sure. Not sure about the regular one, I upgraded years ago.

Yup, got one on my mustang near the slip yoke end in case of U joint failure I don't get catapulted. The driveshaft is an aluminum Ford Motorsports unit and is about 4" diameter.
Is that the backside of a headlight?
Yes it’s the backside of a brand new Depo headlight. The first one worked great, 270 degrees for 7 minutes. I have never had a problem doing one after another but I guess I should have made sure the oven was up to temp and then turned it off, I think the lower element came on while this one was in there and the radiant heat melted it. Lesson learned.

Replaced the air compressor on my 2013. Took about 30 minutes. Didn’t want a face full of crap like @avalonandl so I took it through a car wash with underbody jets first.

So I’ve noticed that I get rpm flares at partial throttle, worse when going uphill. It’s had me worried that I’m gonna need to buy and rebuild a second 4L60e to swap in, but I actually think its a tuning issue. When I’m getting the flares, I can smash the pedal wide open and they go away. On WFO runs the shifting is perfect.
I’m going to buy an email tune from Fasterproms. He does remote HPTuners tuning. I’m not going to have him make hardly any changes to the power, thats all where I want it- I just want it dialed in. Solve my hot start problems that I occasionally have, I want the fans to kick on sooner, and have the trans not shift funny with the partial throttle. If it still does it with the dialed in tune, I’m gonna start setting money aside for a new trans. Either a junk yard trans that I rebuild, and then swap in a weekend, or maybe a 4L80e swap? The wiring doesn’t appear too bad, and I think tune wise, the trans settings can be copied from a 2008ish Express 2500 van with the 4.8/4L80e combo. Would need the BCM flashed I think, and then have to figure out the transfer case and drive shafts.

Thanks, its going to take me a while to get to it ( maybe ) and IM not in a huge hurry but I will post a thread with the build and such.
So far Im going easy retro...Morimoto MH1 7.0 with E-46R Extend shrouds. Was looking at doing a D2s projector but I dont want to hack THAT much of the core support out. These might fit without much cutting, might just be able to make them clear with hammer massage. I had the 5.0 projectors in my truck and they were good for that. The 7.0 has a some good improvements, notably the width was improved. But at any rate...will be much better then stock

I thought it was a regional thing, like "pop" versus "soda" or "coke". In my mind, it's all the same thing- you're spinning the tires with the vehicle turning in a constant sideways slide. Calling it something else based on the terrain and/or other factors is just over-complicating the description of a fun time.

I prefer the look of 24s and I'd love to be comfortable on them, but 22s are my best compromise. I have Brickstones for my 22s. But I don't see 24s, even with the best tires money can buy, riding any better. I've also got some nuisance rubbing to contend with as-is. I guess I'll see if I can resolve that first before committing to more drop.
