I said the same thing, but I only spent about 40 on LED's, which I just brought my lunch for a week instead of eating out. And it would have been less, but I did the dome lights, courtesy lights, HVAC and courtesy lights. I also made the mistake of ordering two different times b/c I didn't think I would want the cluster also.

This is what I followed. 6 120 degree WLED for the cluster, 4 for the HVAC, 2 courtesy and 2 dome.

I just added the same bulbs to my cart again and it came to 15.50, add 5 for shipping and you have your cluster and HVAC for under 23 bucks.


Just make sure you order the 1 WLED 120 degree viewing bulb, anything more and it will be bright as hell and have hot spots.

Ok, so exactly what bulbs do you need to do the cluster, hvac, courtsey & dome and which ones and how many of each, I hear many conflicting stories, WLED-x 120 deg angle & T1.5 .....

Can someone tell me exactly which ones, so I can order the right ones the first time, please?! I want to do this too! Great mod!

The domes and puddle lamps take the 4211-x6 LED Festoon bulb(42mmx11mm) and the rest (doors, footwell, and map lights) use 12VDC 4-LED Wedge Base Bulb (194/168 type)32 or 90 Degree Viewing Angle. I think i got the 90 degree but I cant remember for sure. You can also use the 6led. hope that helps a bit. Oh crap. I ordered. 4410x 9 for the dome. The guide on the website said they would work. Is that true or do I need the bulbs mentioned above for my dome lights?
