It's just a red & black wire, you might be able to just pull out the cup holder on the passenger side and access the wire harness there just be careful when cutting open the tape around the harness, I just pulled the whole panel off as if I was going to replace a rear heater actuator and then tapped in right behind the cigarette plug

Speaking of your mechanic, whatever became of that misfire?
It was an exhaust leak. Where my y-pipe for my long tubes met my exhaust. Just needed a gasket and he put in 3 new stainless bolts/washers/locknuts in the flange. That was causing it to show it running lean. I cleared the code and it has been fine for about 40 miles so far. Fingers crossed it stays that way.

I recall you mentioning that now and wasn't thinking how that could be related. Glad it wasn't anything major. You have enough major shit going on already.

Yeah...tell me about it. At least the insurance adjuster said to just tack everything onto the original flood claim. So now I get to claim more stuff! Well, sadly, but at least it hopefully won't be as bad now.

They didn’t have pretty lit-up holes before. They can even find them in the dark!
ya, I tried to find some that didn't light up, these were shown online without being lit up and to my surprise they light up anyway I was trying to avoid parasitic battery drain even it was minute.

I think a good place for some round ones would be the forward recessed mount for the cargo cover. I mean, who really ever uses that thing? Only drawback would be that you'd have to remove the panel to get to the back side of it, or it might be reachable if you remove the cupholder. I'll have to check it out.

Finally got around to blacking out the bowties and debadging. Front end looks completely different and I love it. Also threw in some morimoto led fogs but I can't find a picture right now

I don't think there is space to put anything there I believe the round "slot" is flush against the interior body, plenty of other places though, I had to put them close to the edge of the cubby because the rear hvac is just under the panel but there is a enough gap at some areas of the panel.

Anyone know another place to order retro headlights besides spending a grand for bfc work? I know of fast headlights, but looking for other options too.

And no, I'm not gonna do it myself, I don't have the time or patience for that.

True retrofit or just ebay lights? Gotta pay to play when it comes to quality
