I have a '00 Z71 with just over 150,000. It ran perfectly fine yesterday (I actually thought to myself how nice and smooth it was driving) and this morning I tried to start it and it just cranks.
I can check the usual suspects, fuel and spark. Aside from that is there anything else that could have changed between driving and parking?
I'm also parked on a hill but I that's not unusual. This happened once before but I went to a movie and came back and it started right up.
