So it is))) the service promised me to supply the engine within 1-2 weeks. At the same time, in Russia now there are holidays, weekends, and the service and the service director are working, in search of solutions to my problem))) This is what I call excellent relations and customer focus

That was a good find... I wonder if that Customer Satisfaction Program bulletin was an early misguided attempt at fixing the same underlying problem in these cranks

improperly torqued bolts aka. loose bolts = too much clearance ... loose bolts can destroy bearings, so can an out of tolerance journal for the oil used... maybe back then they thought they found the smoking gun... unless they methodically found "witness" engines assembled at the same timeframe and found loose bolts... which I'm sure they didn't

I think if I had loose bolts, my engine would have died much earlier. And everything inside me is tight
