Cold running-in, you say?) Teflon is already in seizures, there is little temperature gap, it is not maintained according to the norm. Wear of the liners is already now, on the new engine. If you put him like that, he'll die very quickly. I'm sure you've never seen such photos on new engines.
Therefore, in Russia, a new engine is disassembled, the cylinders are ground for standard clearances, and the liners are replaced with new ones

Today we are discussing the situation with my engine with our several services all day. The reason is unclear. The reason is definitely not the liners, otherwise they would have given wear and metal particles earlier. Connecting rod liners are not the reason, they just take the blow on themselves, failing. The oil is definitely not to blame, 0-20 retains the oil film, 0-40 in this situation would not help. And yes, we had cases of the same failure of engines with 5-30 and 0-40 oils.
The quality of my oil is good. I pour Wolf 0-20 oil, according to the parameters and tests of the oil, it is better than Acdelco. DFM, not to blame, I was driving 150kmh in Trailer mode, DFM, in these conditions off. There was no dilution of fuel, because I was driving on the highway, and the oil was hot, the fuel in this situation evaporates instantly.
It seems that suddenly, some block gave an error and the oil pump turned off, which, with the engine running at inertia, allowed the connecting rods to work dry, without oil.
What else surprised me. I drove at a temperature of +7C, at this temperature I usually have the radiator curtains always open. When everything happened, I saw that the curtains were closed. Why, it is not clear. Maybe they closed when the engine was turned off, or maybe not.
As one of the versions that the curtains could close due to an error, for example, thereby sharply causing the engine to overheat, which, having received overheating, turned off, turning off the oil pump, and the engine continued to spin without oil inside by inertia. Causing such fatal injuries.
But this is only a hypothesis, since the logs were erased because we were disconnecting the battery.
Not sure what you mean by oil pump turning off as it's driven by the Crankshaft its not electric possible the oil pump took failed and didn't get a code warning?

Perhaps, but there are many incomprehensible things in his work

Two days ago you had a catastrophic engine failure, truck and trailer flatbeded to shop, motor torn down, new motor sourced, new motor torn down and found defective, working on remanufacturing new motor. Did I mention this started two days ago? That’s quick!

So it is))) the service promised me to supply the engine within 1-2 weeks. At the same time, in Russia now there are holidays, weekends, and the service and the service director are working, in search of solutions to my problem))) This is what I call excellent relations and customer focus

@Vladimir2306

What horrors are you showing?

The light scratching? Lack of line in new bearings? Or is there a bearing installed backwards?
No, they are delivered correctly, it's just that GM does not have any cold running-in, and there is no function of the quality control department of finished products
Moreover, already on the new engine there is wear of the crankshaft, we also give it for grinding

Your post indicated you have a 2022 Yukon. You indicated you never did anything to the engine except basic maintenance. So this means your 2022 Yukon likely has the original engine ???

The bulletin may or may not pertain to your vehicle and may or may not give insight to your failure.

If you changed the original engine, then it may not have been obvious in the multiple posts.
