Okay, I want to start this by explaining that I don't know all of the proper terms, so it might be confusing to read. However, here goes:
I currently have an aftermarket light bar installed on the front bull bar of my 2005 Tahoe. I tapped into the positive feed for my fog lights to power the light bar. As such, the fog lights and light bar all come on when I activate the fog light switch on the dash. I also have two aftermarket light pods that I want to reinstall on top of the hood in the corners by the windshield. Of course, these will be wired to a separate switch to come on by themselves. However, I really want to be able to power the pod lights in two ways. I would love to have these pod lights come on both by themselves with the separate switch AND when I activate the fog light switch. Is this possible, or is this just wishful thinking?

Can definitely be done.

You’re looking for something along the lines of dual trigger single output relay or circuit board. Use those terms in google and you’ll find a bunch of diagrams
