So, I noticed the brake fluid reservoir in my Tahoe really low. Found the master is leaking. Well, that explains my brakes that feel like poo.

Got the new master on and promptly spent 2 hours power bleeding, manual bleeding and running the output function for the ABS module. They feel awesome now!! Pedal travel

Pedal travel feels like a normal car finally. I even got the ABS to lock up driving around the parking lot.

Sense I bought the Yukon I've had no blinkers or the hazards, and the tilt would not lock. Today I got a whole column from the j yard and changed out the column. Now everything works as it should but, now it tries to fire on start up but will not stay running. I also noticed now when I turn the key to run, I get a security light on the dash?

its a passlock issue. its part of the column. when you swapped it out you made the security system angry. im not sure how they work but if you read about it you will find the problem

I took some time and really scrubbed the front seats this afternoon. Wow! They were filthy.

Swapped the Kenwood in the Yukon for the JVC in the Blazer. Then, got the Yukon cleaned out and ready to sell.

Sold it tonight. Goodbye Yukon. You served us well in the 18 months and 18k miles that we had you. Treat your new owners well!

Went to the junkyard and got a manual transfer case shift lever for it, then went to my friends house where my axles are at and did some work on them to get ready for my axle swap soon. Then I hauled a couch (leather! $75!) home with it.

Drilled some holes with a drill press, used grey paracord to stitch it up and stuffed some old rags inside of it to give it mass. It's too dark now for a pic of it mounted so I'll post one tomorrow.

Trans is getting dropped Monday. Got a b & m shift kit and a rebuild kit. Wish I could have found a kit with kevlar parts but my job doesn't have them so... Meh
